SAEEDNI application has designed to facilitate easy and convenient user access to specialized companies. Through this application, users choose the type of services required and available in the application in proportion to the time and place of the user. SAEEDNI has documented contracts with companies licensed by the Department of Economic Development - the body responsible for issuing commercial licenses in the UAE-to protect the consumers right and ensure quality of work. The application contains number of sections to make it easier for users to choose what they want accurately. It supports the problem determination and take photos of the device, which makes it easy for technicians to detect faults and take appropriate action.
The application has many services that users need at home, where we choose the most appropriate services required frequently.
Services are
1. Maintenance and repair of air conditioning
2. Plumbing
3. Electronics
4. Cleaning houses
5. Car wash
6. Transport and installation of furniture
7. Painting houses
Many others.
The way the application works is very easy and accessible to everyone.
To get benefits of the application,
1- Users should register in the Application through adding the name, email address and phone number.
2- Receive a verification code to activate the account.
3- Users can request any service by selecting one of the services on the list
4- Describe the problem if known, otherwise select (other) from the description list.
5- determine the time of technician visit and the location.
6- take a photo of the device to identify the brand of it
7- send the request.

We as SAEEDNI application looking forward to having this project to be the first portal to facilitate access to basic services for all individuals and government and private entities. therefor we are working hard to deploy the SAEEDNI application in the UAE as well as all Gulf countries.

تطبيق ساعدني يهدف الى تسهيل وصول المستخدم الى الشركات المتخصصة المطلوبة بشكل سريع ومريح.
فمن خلال هذا التطبيق يقوم المستخدمين باختيار نوع الخدمات المطلوبة والمتوفرة في التطبيق بما يتناسب مع وقت ومكان المستخدم
كما ان تطبيق ساعدني لديه عقود موثقة مع الشركات المرخصة من دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية – الجهة المسؤولة عن اصدار الرخص التجارية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة – حماية لحق المستهلك وضمانا لجودة العمل.
تطبيق ساعدني يحتوي على عدد من الأقسام لتسهيل على المستخدمين اختيار ما يفيد طلبه بدقة، فهو يدعم خدمة تحديد نوع المشكلة وتصوير الجهاز، مما يسهل على الفنيين اكتشاف الاعطال واتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبة.
يحتوي التطبيق على العديد من الخدمات التي يحتاجها المستخدمون في منازلهم، حيث نختار الخدمات الأنسب المطلوبة بشكل متكرر.

الطريقة التي يعمل بها التطبيق سهلة للغاية ومتاحة للجميع.
للحصول على فوائد التطبيق،
1- يجب على المستخدمين التسجيل في التطبيق من خلال إضافة الاسم وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف.
2 - تلقي رمز التحقق لتنشيط الحساب.
3 - يمكن للمستخدمين طلب أي خدمة عن طريق اختيار واحدة من الخدمات المدرجة في القائمة
4- صف المشكلة إذا كانت معروفة بالنسبة لك، وإلا حدد (أخرى) من قائمة الوصف.
5-تحديد وقت زيارة فني والموقع.
6- التقاط صورة للجهاز للتعرف على العلامة التجارية الخاصة به
7- أرسل الطلب.
